Lambrechts will succeed Mr Ian Kirk, who has been appointed as Sanlam's Deputy Group Chief Executive. Over the past 12 years at the helm of SPF, Sanlam's South African retail business, Lambrechts has successfully led the Group's biggest business through extensive regulatory changes and challenging market conditions. An actuary, she also holds a B.Sc Honours (cum laude) in Applied Mathematics from the University of Stellenbosch.
