Cancellation of secondary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange Nictus Limited Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa Registration number: 1981/001858/06 JSE share code: NCS NSX share code: NCT ISIN code: NA0009123481 (“Nictus” or “the Company”) Cancellation of secondary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange Nictus has maintained a secondary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange (“NSX”) since 19 October 1992. However, in light of the successful unbundling of the Namibian holding company, Nictus Holdings Limited (“NHL”), and its subsequent primary listing on the NSX in 2012 and the resultant further development and establishment of effective management of both Nictus and NHL, the secondary listing on the NSX is no longer considered to hold significant benefit for the Company or its stakeholders. Accordingly, Nictus hereby announces that it has decided to request for the cancellation of the secondary listing of its shares on the NSX. The trading of Nictus shares on the NSX will be suspended from 09h00 on Friday, 28 November 2014, with the cancellation of Nictus’ secondary listing on the NSX being effective from 09h00 on Friday, 5 December 2014. The Company believes that such delisting will have little to no effect on its shareholders and investors as the shares will continue to trade on the JSE Limited (“JSE”). The delisting does not imply that the Company is changing its strategy for the South African market going forward.
