On 25 November 2014 the Remgro Board of directors appointed Mr J
Malherbe, a current Remgro non-executive director, as co-deputy
chairman with Dr E de la H Hertzog, who is the current deputy
chairman.

The Board wishes to congratulate Mr Malherbe on his appointment.
