Shareholders are advised that on the 17 November 2014, being the return date for the Rule Nisi, the Company was placed into final liquidation notwithstanding the fact that negotiations for the acquisition by independent third parties of the majority of creditors’ claims had been finalised and that the Company had announced that it would acquire a 51% share in Aonghus Finance (Pty) Ltd. The liquidators will accordingly now be proceeding with the winding up of the Company.
