   TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARES IN ISSUE
   The Company’s issued ordinary share capital at 18 November 2014 comprised 4,906,569,360
   ordinary shares of 11 3/7p each and, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure and
   Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights for the purposes of calculating disclosable
   interests in the Company’s ordinary share capital was also 4,906,569,360.
   
   The Company is making block listing returns relating to shares issued under employee share plans to
   the UK Listing Authority covering the period from 2 May 2014 to 18 November 2014. Changes to the
   number of shares in issue since 2 May 2014 (including other changes already announced to market)
   are made up as follows:
