CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


The Directors of Atlantic Leaf (the “Directors”) are pleased to advise that, with effect from 19 November 2014,
Ms. Cleopatra Liana Folkes has been appointed as a non-executive director of Atlantic Leaf.

Ms. Folkes resides in the United Kingdom (“UK”) and has a wealth of experience in real estate asset management both in
the UK and South Africa, including experience in property deal making, acquisitions and disposals, financial
performance, operations and strategy.

The Directors welcome Ms. Folkes to Atlantic Leaf and look forward to the contribution she will make to the growth and
strategy of the company.

Atlantic Leaf has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the JSE.
