DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES –
(“SABIHG”)


With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller Plc have recommended that, subject to
approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 12 November 2014, a dividend of 26.0 US cents
per ordinary share be payable on Friday, 5 December 2014, to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 28 November 2014. The shareholders accordingly approved this
recommendation at the said Annual General Meeting.

The currency exchange rate applicable for the dividend is USD: ZAR = 11.267809 as at Wednesday, 12
November 2014.


In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed:

1)   The gross dividend is 292.96303 and the local dividend tax rate is 15%;and
2)   no STC credits available; and
3)   net local dividend amount is 249.01858 South African cents per share for shareholders liable to pay the new
     Dividends Tax; and 292.96303 South African cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new
     Dividends Tax; and
4)   Investec Bank Limited Income Tax Number: 9675/053/71/5.


Accordingly, the holders of SABIHG will receive a SABMiller Plc dividend amount on Friday, 5 December 2014 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The
last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend is Friday, 21 November 2014.

SABIHG Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Monday, 24 November 2014, and the record date will be Friday, 28 November 2014.
