LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 18 November 2014, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R86.498 per additional
AfricaPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 997.375 fine troy
ounces of Palladium bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 70,000,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 699,365.731 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
