His retirement is effective 31 December 2014. Nigel, who was appointed to the board on 16 November 1989, was instrumental in facilitating the founding of the company with Hans Enderle in 1985. The board and management of City Lodge thank Nigel for his dedicated service and leadership and valued contribution to the company during his tenure and wish him well for the future. Mr Frank Kilbourn will assume the role of lead independent director with effect from 1 January 2014.
