Shareholders are advised that at the meeting of MAS shareholders, held on Wednesday, 5 November 2014, all the
proposed resolutions, as set out in the notice to shareholders, were duly passed by the requisite majorities of
MAS shareholders.

MAS has its primary listing on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on
the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
