UPDATE - DISTRIBUTION AND RE-INVESTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR OCTOBER 2014 AND
SALIENT DATES FOR NOVEMBER 2014

Investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 7
November 2014 regarding the distribution to holders of Satrix RAFI 40
securities recorded in the register on Friday, 31 October 2014 in respect
of the month of October 2014 (“October Distribution Announcement”).

The foreign dividend withholding tax referred to in note 3 of the October
Distribution Announcement is 35% and not 20%.

This is simply a change to the notes. The amounts disclosed in the
October Distribution Announcement were calculated using a foreign
withholding tax of 35%.
