DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN TERMS OF 
SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as 
amended (the “Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE 
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal 
notification in the prescribed form of the following movements in the securities of the 
Company:

- Citygate Securities Limited has acquired ConvergeNet shares resulting in an 
  increase of its interest in the securities of the Company to 29.13%; and

- AfrAsia Corporate Finance (Africa) Limited has disposed of ConvergeNet shares 
  resulting in a reduction of its interest in the securities of the Company to 0.00%.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required 
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
