Tak joined the group in 1992 and served in various executive roles leading to his appointment as executive director responsible for strategy and enterprise and business development, in which capacity he served until 2012. Since then he has been a non-executive director serving on the Risk Committee and the Assets and Liabilities Committee of the board. The board thanks Tak for his valued service and contribution to the Imperial group over 22 years and wishes him good health and fulfilment in the years ahead.
