As reported in the annual financial statements the director has an indirect beneficial
interest in 2 727 273 SNV shares owned by International Mining Logistics and Services
(Pty) Ltd. ("IMLS")
The director and IMLS have now completed a transaction where IMLS has disposed of
its entire shareholding in SNV and 1 112 440 SNV shares have been transferred to the
Lloyd family trust in which the director also has an indirect beneficial interest.
Clearance for these transactions was provided in terms of section 3.66 of the JSE
Listings Requirements.
