Shareholders are advised that ADvTECH is in exclusive and advanced negotiations to acquire
outright ownership of schools in the pre-primary, primary and high school segment (“the proposed
acquisition”).


If successfully concluded, the proposed acquisition may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is released.
