NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are hereby advised that, further to the publication
on SENS on 23 September 2014 of TMG’s provisional audited results
for the year ended 30 June 2014, TMG’S summarised annual financial
statements will be dispatched to shareholders today, Tuesday, 28
October 2014, and contain no modifications from the aforementioned
SENS announcement.   TMG’s 2014 integrated annual report will be
made available for viewing and downloading on the Company’s
website at www.timesmedia.co.za.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
shareholders of TMG will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel,
191 Oxford Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg on Thursday, 27 November
2014 at 15h00, to transact the business as set out in the notice
of annual general meeting. The date on which shareholders must be
recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to vote at
the annual general meeting is Friday, 21 November 2014.

As a result of the South African Post Office postal strike,
shareholders are further advised that the annual financial
statements and notice of annual general meeting are available on
the Company’s website at www.timesmedia.co.za and from the
Company’s registered office.
