TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN
SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011,shareholders are advised that on the 27 October 2014, Lewis Group
Limited became aware of the following:


   1. acquisition by Invesco Canada Limited (“Invesco”) of shares (acting
      as an agent on behalf of their funds), such that Invesco’s total
      interest in the company has increased to 10.06% of the issued capital
      of the company.

   2. The respective fund holdings are as follows:

      2.1   Trimark Global Endeavour Fund       –     5.49%

      2.2   Trimark Global Balanced Fund        –     2.03%

      2.3   Trimark Global Endeavour Class      –     1.53%

      2.4   Trimark Global Balanced Class       –     1.01%
