NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report incorporating the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2014 has been finalised and was
sent to shareholders on 27 October 2014 and is available on the company’s website
(www.advancedhealth.co.za). The audited financial statements contain no modifications to
the reviewed results released on SENS on 29 September 2014.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held
at 10:00 on 27 November 2014, at Crossway Office Park, building 2, Cnr Lenchen and Jean
Ave, Centurion to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting
forming part of the integrated annual report.

Record Dates
The record date for the posting of the integrated annual report is 24 October 2014. The
record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the
company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the meeting is
21 November 2014. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual
general meeting will be 14 November 2014.

Due to the ongoing postal strike, delays are expected in receiving the notice. Accordingly,
shareholders are encouraged to view the notice and integrated report on the company
website.
