NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that an electronic version of the Company’s Annual Integrated Report for
the year ended June 30 2014, which incorporates the annual financial statements and notice of
the annual general meeting (“AGM”) were posted to shareholders today. The annual financial
statements contain no modifications to the audited results, which were published on September 1
2014. The annual financial statements of the company and the Group and the Deloitte & Touche
audit report are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Company will be held at 08:30 on Monday, November
24 2014, at Third Floor, Bidvest House, 18 Crescent Drive, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, 2196, to
transact business as stated in the notice of the AGM.
Shareholders are advised that, due to the current ongoing labour disruption at the South African
Post Office (“SAPO”), they may experience postal delays and may not receive the notice of the
AGM in time to submit proxy forms to the Company’s share transfer secretaries (Computershare).
Accordingly Bidvest has posted both the notice of AGM and Annual Integrated Report for the year
ended June 30 2014 on the Company’s website – www.bidvest.com and a printable version in
PDF format can be emailed to shareholders upon request to the Company Secretary –
