CHANGE IN AUDITORS

The Company hereby notifies its ordinary and preference shareholders that it has appointed
Nexia SAB&T as Ecsponent’s auditors with effect from 17 October 2014, which will facilitate
the Company’s African expansion strategy.

The resignation of AM Smith and Company Inc. as the Company’s auditors was effective
6 October 2014.
