Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on Friday, 17 October 2014 wherein the company advised that Moody’s
Investor Service has assigned NEPI a first-time Ba1 (stable outlook) corporate family rating and are further advised that the
company has mandated Deutsche Bank, Investec and Raiffeisen Bank International to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings across Continental Europe and the United Kingdom starting on 21October 2014. A Euro denominated Reg S bond
offering may follow subject to market conditions. FCA/ICMA stabilisation applies.
