Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 15 October 2014 is 6.075% p.a.
(“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 15 January 2015 (*Following), for the period
15 October 2014 to 14 January 2015, will be calculated based on a rate of 7.525% p.a. (145bps
over JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall
be postponed to the next business day.
