APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of Ububele are hereby advised
that Mr Theo Kleinhans (“Mr Kleinhans”), who resigned as a
director on 21 August 2014 and who’s resignation has been
withdrawn at the request of Mr Daniel Terblanche, being the
appointed business rescue practitioner of the Company, has
been re-appointed as an independent non-executive director of
the Company, with effect from 14 October 2014.
