APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
the Company advises that Ms Lulama Boyce has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 7 October
2014.

Ms Boyce is an independent non-executive director of two subsidiary
companies of the Coronation group. She is a qualified chartered accountant
and senior lecturer as well as deputy head of the commercial accounting
department at the University of Johannesburg.
