RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

of the JSE Limited, shareholders of Ububele are hereby advised
that Mr Willem Buys has resigned as financial director of the
Company with effect from 10 October 2014.

The board wishes to thank Mr Buys for his valued contributions
during his tenure as financial director of the Company.
