LISTING OF SHARES ISSUED TO THE SIYAKHA EDUCATION TRUST


Shareholders are advised of the listing on 6 October 2014 of 83 333 333 new ordinary shares issued by
Capital to The Siyakha Education Trust (“Trust”) at an issue price of R12.00 per share totalling
R999 999 996, effected pursuant to the provision of financial assistance by Capital to the Trust for the
purposes of Black Economic Empowerment.

The Trust is a charitable trust and is registered as a public benefit organisation. The Trust’s focus is the
upliftment of black education in South Africa.
