Shareholders are advised that Ellies has reached agreement with its bank to reschedule certain obligations in
respect of its debt and facilities in order to pursue negotiations regarding the disposal of certain non-core
assets and the implementation of an underwritten rights offer. As these matters may have a material effect
on the price of the company’s securities, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
