UBUBELE HOLDINGS LIMITED
Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa
(Registration number: 1998/011074/06)
Share code: UBU
ISIN Code: ZAE000144739
(“Ububele” or “the Company”)

URGENT NOTICE: CANCELLATION OF MEETINGS ON 9 & 10 OCTOBER 2014

Shareholders are referred to previous SENS announcements
concerning the business rescue proceedings in Ububele and in
nine of its subsidiaries (“the Ububele Subsidiaries”).

Affected persons were previously advised, as required in terms
of section 151(2) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, that a
meeting of creditors and any other holders of a voting
interest would be held at the offices of Bowman Gilfillan Inc,
22 Bree Street, Cape Town, on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 October
2014.

Please note that the meetings have been postponed until
further notice. The reason for the postponement is that the
business rescue practitioners of Ububele and the Ububele
Subsidiaries have been unable to finalise an agreement with
the preferred bidder, with the result that it was not possible
to draft and publish the business rescue plans of Ububele
Holdings and the Ububele Subsidiaries in the time available.

Notice of the new dates for the meetings, along with the
business rescue plans themselves, will be published at
http://brilliantcareersatmazars.co.za/ububele.
