NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTIFICATION OF DISTRIBUTION FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDING 30 SEPTEMBER 2014
1. No change statement
Unitholders are hereby advised that the integrated annual report will be published on Sycom's website
(www.sycom.co.za) with effect from today, 30 September 2014. The annual financial results contain no
changes to the provisional financial results which were released on SENS on 12 June 2014.
2. Notification of distribution for the six months ending 30 September 2014
Unitholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of SPFM has resolved to declare a distribution
to unitholders in respect of the six month period ending 30 September 2014 (“the Interim Distribution”).
The amount of the Interim Distribution will be announced during November 2014 and will be calculated
in accordance with Sycom’s Trust Deed and in the same manner as previous distributions.
Further information pertaining to the Interim Distribution, including the salient dates and times, will be
released on SENS during November 2014.
