statements will be distributed to shareholders on 30 September
2014 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 27 August 2014.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 48th annual general meeting of RCL
Foods shareholders will be held at Six The Boulevard, Westway
Office Park, Westville, KwaZulu-Natal on Thursday, 13 November
2014 at 08h30 to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
