SECONDARY LISTING OF AFRICAPALLADIUM ETF ON THE NSX
The Board of Directors of Africa ETF Issuer (RF) Limited (“Africa ETF”) is pleased to announce
that the Listing Committee of the Namibian Stock Exchange (the “NSX”) has approved the listing
of Africa ETF’s palladium exchange traded funds AfricaPalladium ETF (“AfricaPLD”) on the
Official Market of the NSX under share code ENXPLD.
AfricaETF is a public company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa on 11
February 2013. AfricaPLD is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) under share code
ETFPLD. AfricaETF conducts the business of establishing and operating exchange traded funds
in relation to the securities issued by it, the value of which tracks the price of commodities.
AfricaPLD is designed to track the price of palladium, enabling investors to invest in a listed
security that is fully backed by the physical holding of palladium.
The date of admission for the listing of AfricaPLD on the Official Market of the NSX has been
scheduled for 26 September 2014. The price of AfricaPLD will be equal to the equivalent spot
price of palladium equal to the daily metal entitlement multiplied by the US$/N$ exchange rate.
As at 25 September 2014 the metal entitlement of AfricaPLD is 0.99796475 of an ounce of
palladium per unit with a total of 55,500,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 554,687.400 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
