Accordingly, the Company has placed 64 200 000 new Rockcastle shares with investors (“the new Rockcastle shares”) as follows: - 7 800 000 new Rockcastle shares at USD1.83 per share raising USD14 274 000 through the Company’s Mauritian share register; and - 56 400 000 new Rockcastle shares at ZAR20.25 per share raising ZAR1 142 100 000 through the Company’s South African share register. The new Rockcastle shares are expected to list and trade on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited (“SEM”) from Thursday, 2 October 2014. Investors will have their CSDP and CDS accounts credited with the new Rockcastle shares on Thursday, 2 October 2014. The new Rockcastle shares will rank for dividends in respect of the period 1 July 2014 to 31 December 2014.
