Shareholders are advised that the following Huge directors, their associates and the
Designated Advisor to Huge exercised their rights at R1.00 per share in terms of the Rights
Offer entered into by the Company, which Rights Offer closed on 5 September 2014:

As detailed in the Rights Offer circular to shareholders, it was stated that certain directors
and/or their associates intended following rights, albeit in a closed period, and thus
dispensation was obtained from the JSE for Huge directors to follow their rights. No excess
applications were applied for by directors or their associates. Arcay Moela Sponsors made
an excess application, and the total Rights Offer shares subscribed for was 55 241 Rights
Offer shares.
