Retirement of Chairman

Shareholders are notified that Mr Don MacLeod, who has served as a
director on the Company’s board since August 1983, has given notice of
his intention to retire as director and chairman of the Company with
effect from the close of the Company’s 100th Annual General Meeting
which is to be held on 15 July 2015.

The board would like to thank Mr MacLeod for his significant
contribution to the Illovo group over a lengthy period of time and
wishes him well in his retirement.


Mr MacLeod’s successor as chairman of the board will be announced
in due course, once an appointment has been made.
