Following a re-organisation of the interests (“Re-organisation”) held by Indo-Atlantic Investment Corporation Inc (“Indo-Atlantic”) in the ordinary share capital of Indequity, Heiden Grimaud Limited (“Heiden Grimaud”) obtained ownership of 3,482,800 ordinary shares in Indequity, previously held by Indo-Atlantic. Following the Re-organisation, Heiden Grimaud holds a beneficial interest of 27.83% of the ordinary share capital of Indequity and 9.32% of the total voting rights of Indequity. As a result of the above Re-organisation, Indo-Atlantic’s beneficial interest in the Company’s issued ordinary shares decreased to 38.89% with the total voting rights in the Company decreasing to 56.83%. As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Indequity has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
