On 16 September 2014, the Company issued shares in terms of the Prescient Forfeitable Share Plan
(“FSP”). The shares will vest with the employee should the employee be employed within the
Prescient Group on 31 August 2019 and performance conditions are satisfied. The vesting formula
will ensure the value of the shares vesting is equivalent to the difference between the Prescient share
price at the vesting date less the share price at award date, adjusted for an annual increase in the
share price as determined by the Company.

In terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information relating to awards of the company’s securities made to directors in terms of the FSP , is
