COMPANY SECRETARY OF MEDICLINIC IN TERMS OF THE MEDICLINIC
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED FORFEITABLE SHARE PLAN

In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
executive directors of the Company have been granted and accepted
conditional share awards in terms of the Mediclinic Forfeitable
Share Plan on 16 September 2014, as approved by the Company’s
shareholders at the annual general meeting in July 2014. Subject
to meeting the performance conditions, vesting will occur on the
later of 31 May 2017 or the date upon which the Remuneration and
Nominations Committee is satisfied that the performance conditions
have been satisfied.
