DISCLOSURE OF THE ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN
TERMS OF SECTION 122

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act No.
71 of 2008, as amended (“Companies Act”), and paragraph
3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification of the following:

  - Dale International Trust Company Limited, as trustees of
    the Salty Portfolio Trust (“Salty”), have acquired a
    beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
    Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
    shares of the Company held by Salty amounts to 14% of the
    total issued share capital of the Company; and

  - Fahnsworth  Consultants  Limited  (“Fahnsworth”)  has
    disposed of its beneficial interest in the ordinary
    shares of the Company, such that Fahnsworth no longer
    holds any interest in the issued share capital of the
    Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies
Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel
