Partial Redemption of COJ02 Note

City of Joburg redeems second tranche of the COJ02 with a
nominal amount of R166,666,666.67. The COJ02 bond is 40%
guaranteed by both the IFC and The DBSA with 6 semi-annual
redemptions starting on the 15th March 2014 until the final
redemption on the 15 September 2016.  The outstanding balance
for COJ02 is then R666,666,666.66.
