RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that as a
result of other business commitments, Mr Zaahir Elias tendered his
resignation as an independent non-executive director with effect from
11 September 2014.

The board would like to thank Zaahir for his valuable contribution
during his time on the board.
