Notice of Annual General Meeting and distribution of the 2014 Integrated Annual Report
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Tsogo Sun shareholders will be held at 10:00
on Wednesday, 15 October 2014 at the Company’s head office, main boardroom, Ground Floor, Palazzo
Towers East, Montecasino Boulevard, Fourways, South Africa to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
The Company’s 2014 Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the notice of the annual general meeting
will be distributed to Tsogo Sun shareholders today and will be available on the Company’s website
(www.tsogosun.com).
The board of directors of the Company has determined, in accordance with section 59 of the Companies
Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, that the record date for the shareholders to be recorded as shareholders
in the securities register of the Company in order to (i) be entitled to receive the notice of annual
general meeting is Friday, 5 September 2014, and (ii) be entitled to attend, participate and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 10 October 2014. Shareholders trading in the shares of Tsogo Sun
after Friday, 3 October 2014 will not be entitled to attend, participate and vote at the annual general
meeting in respect of those shares.
