FINAL DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Notice is hereby given that the directors have declared a final gross dividend of 3.00 South African
cents per ordinary share, payable out of income for the year ended 30 June 2014

Secondary Tax on Companies (STC) credits available for set-off              none
Net local dividend after DWT per ordinary share                             2.55 cents

In accordance with the settlement procedures of Strate, the following salient dates will apply:

Last day to trade cum-dividend                       Friday, 14 November 2014
Shares commence trading ex-dividend                  Monday, 17 November 2014
Record date                                          Friday 21 November 2014
Dividend payment date                                Monday 24 November 2014

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 17 November 2014
and Friday, 21 November 2014, both dates inclusive. On Monday, 24 November 2014 the cash
dividend will be electronically transferred to the bank accounts of all certificated shareholders
where this facility is available. Where electronic fund transfer is not available or desired, cheques
dated 24 November 2014 will be posted on or about that date. Dematerialised shareholders
accounts with their Central Securities Depository Participant (CSDP) or broker will be credited on
Monday, 24 November 2014.
