INTEREST PAYMENT CORRECTION ON CONVERTIBLE BOND

Bondholders of the Soapstone Investment Convertible Bond are hereby advised that the DMCCB convertible bond
will commence trading ex-interest from the close of trade on 29 August 2014 until the close of trade on 1
September 2014, with respect to the interest coupon period that commenced on 17 June 2014 and that ends on 14
September 2014. The interest amount to be paid on 15 September 2014 will be ZAR345.20548 for each ZAR10,000 of
principal amount. The next interest coupon period will commence on 15 September 2014 (inclusive) and end on 14
December 2014.
