In accordance with D.T.R 3.1.2, Intu Properties plc (the “Company”) has been notified that Tharina Hinde
Gordon, spouse of Richard Gordon, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company on 8
September 2014 at a price of £3.43 per share. The total Gordon Family Holding following this acquisition
is 108,655,648 ordinary shares of 50p each (8.28% of the total issued share capital of the Company).
