DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SHARES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended (“the Companies Act”)
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that the Public
Investment Corporation (“PIC”) has acquired a beneficial interest in the “N” ordinary shares of the Company,
resulting in the beneficial interest in “N” ordinary shares held by the PIC increasing to 5.321%.
