Keaton is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Keaton Mining Proprietary Limited has reached
agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) with DRA for the settlement of all claims and disputes, being
both historic and future liabilities arising out of the construction and commissioning of the Vanggatfontein
Coal Processing Plant - Phase Two by DRA.
