SABMiller plc was notified on 5 September 2014 that Mr C A Van Kralingen, a PDMR, had on 4
September 2014 exercised options over a total of 150,000 SABMiller ordinary shares, of which
50,000 shares were at an option price of R129.18 per share, 50,000 shares were at an option
price of R161.85 per share and 50,000 shares were at an option price of R185.98 per share.

150,000 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of R600.0183 per
share on 4 September 2014 in Johannesburg.
