September 2014 refers.

Shareholders are hereby notified that Sizakele ‘Siza’ Mzimela was appointed as Acting Chairman of the
Audit and Risk Committee of Ansys, effective from 1 September 2014. Siza was appointed as a Non-
Executive Director to the Board of Ansys on 4 June 2013.
