Shareholders are advised that at today’s annual general meeting all special and ordinary
resolutions set out in the notice convening the meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.

The relevant special resolutions passed for the amendments of the Memorandum of
Incorporation will be submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in
due course.
