NOTICE OF FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS IN TERMS OF SECTION
147(2) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 71 OF 2008

1.   Shareholders are referred to previous announcements
     released on SENS on 6, 14 and 19 August 2014.
     Shareholders are reminded that the Company has appointed
     Daniel Terblanche, Neil Miller and Cobus Kritzinger as
     the business rescue practitioners (“BRPs”) of the
     Company.

2.   Notice is hereby given that the BRPs of the Company will
     convene the first meeting of the Company’s creditors in
     terms of section 147(2) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008
     (“the Act”) as follows:

     Date:       Wednesday 27 August 2014

     Time:       14h30

     Place:      Bowman Gilfillan Inc, 22 Bree Street, Cape Town

3.   At the first meeting of creditors:

     a.    The BRPs will inform the creditors  whether they
           believe that there is a reasonable prospect of
           rescuing the Company;

     b.    The creditors may submit proof of their claims; and

     c.    The creditors may determine whether or not a
           committee of creditors should be appointed and, if
           so, may appoint the members of such a committee.

4.   In terms of section 146(a) of the Act, holders of any
     issued security of the Company are entitled to notice of
     this meeting.

5.   A copy of the notice convening the meeting is available
     for inspection on the website of the Company at
     www.ububele.co.za.
